We had our investment property inspected in Dec 2011. We found Michael to be very professional in his attitude, was very good at listening to our questions and answering them as the inspection was done. He was very thorough and we received the 26 page report by email the same day. The report was very easy to understand. Another company quoted $600, Michael\'s fee only $410. I absolutely recommend Michael Peace, who did give us peace of mind.

Prior to purchasing a unit I was interested in, I employed the services of Peace Of Mind Home Inspections to investigate any problems that I may encounter with the property. A number of problems were discovered but one major issue had the potential to cost me thousands of dollars which wasn't evident during a general inspection. With very short notice we had Michael from Peace Of Mind Home Inspections do an inspection on a house for us. He was very thorough and emailed the report through the same day as the inspection. The meeting was highly useful as we were able to gain information from him to help us rectify any of the found problems and for him to clarify any queries we had. Having bought the property, Michael helped us prioritise the important jobs that needed more immediate attention.
