PRE PURCHASE TIMBER PEST INSPECTION

Our fully qualified, licensed and insured pest controllers can perform a pre purchase timber pest inspection to Australian standards AS4349.3-2007 to determine whether your potential new home has TERMITES, BORERS OR FUNGAL DECAY or conditions conducive to these attacks, any damage caused by these pests will probably not be covered under your home and contents insurance if you buy a pest damaged property!

 The report is 14 - 32 pages long and includes several digital photos of our discoveries, We can arrange to have both your building and pest done at the same time or separately if you wish.  Our pest controller can offer you a free no obligation quote if requested to either treat the house for pests if you decide to buy it or to protect it from future attack with several protection systems available such as termite baiting systems or chemical treatments etc.

• DRAINAGE
• STORM WATER DISCHARGE
• VENTILATION
• AND ANY ASSOCIATED OUTBUILDINGS WITHIN 30 METERS OF THE MAIN BUILDING.
• SLAB EDGE EXPOSURE AND INFILL SLABS
• TIMBER RETAINING WALLS
• LEAKAGES WITHIN THE WALLS AND SUBFLOOR
• HOT WATER UNITS AND AIR CONDITIONER WATER DISCHARGE
• HIGH MOISTURE READINGS IN TIMBERS
• WEEP HOLES
• TIMBERS EXPOSED TO THE WEATHER
• PREVIOUS TERMITE TREATMENT

If access is possible we will check sub floor in timber floorboard constructions. We also check fencing, retaining walls (under 700mm high), driveways, paving, pergolas, verandas, garages, carports, sheds, painting and much more. We have experience with state-of-the-art moisture meter technology, which can detect salt/rising damp and leaking pipes even 30mm behind tiles!
